Hi, long time viewer, first time poster.
I recently purchased an 06 f250/6.0 for my work truck, runs great, developed a 3-5 flair so i decided to change the direct solenoid as well as all the others, the filters and valve body gasket. After putting it all back together, now it will not move in reverse nor forward, fluid is Mercon LV filled properly however after testing my pressures i have 30psi in park, 25psi in reverse and 25psi in drive/3/2/1. Any help would he appreciated, i know Mark is out here looking somewhere.

5R110W trans I will assume.
Those pressure readings are deathly low.
Did you verify the valve body (vb) gaskets were a 100% match?
Did you torque the vb properly?
Is the filter properly seated in the vb?
Verify the solenoids are installed properly.
Something is cross leaking or just plain leaking badly.
Where are you tapping in to read the pressures?
You could try swapping the old solenoids back in to see if the pressures come back to spec.
