4R100 trans. issues

Howdy all
Ok here you all go. I just rebuilt my trans and installed a new torque convertor. My problem is that when you go to put it in drive it won't pull and the overdrive OFF light flashes. It hooks great in reverse and in M1 and M2 but won't pull at all in drive. Im confident that it isn't the pump as it takes more line pressure in reverse and M1 than drive and like I stated it goes into rev. and M1 great. I pulled the valve bodies off and disassembled and reassembled them today. They looked and functioned great. I'm at my wits end trying to figure this one out so I would greatly appreciate any suggestions anyone might have.

Since you have the OD light flashing, have you checked the trans codes stored? These codes would help point you (and us) in the right direction. Did you air test all the clutch packs to see if they applied OK before you installed the valve bodies?

No I didn't but when I get home from work tomorrow I plan on tearing back into it and shooting it with air. As for the codes I don't have access to a code reader and am in the country so getting it to a source isn't an possible.

I think Roland is on the right track. Probably rolled a seal and have an internal leak.

It could be a one way clutch installed backwards. I've seen that before.
