The swap from lead acid to LiFePO₄ is a very good start. The 12v 280Ah LiFePO₄ batteries that I built weighed in around 52 lbs each including the BMS, cabling and compression fixture. The equivalent Ah lead acid battery would be about 180 lbs.

I believe they also have a free reweigh option as long as you do it within 24 hours, so you could reposition it on the scale and see if the numbers change.

If your rear tires are rated at 8000 lbs. I probably wouldn't bother with weight reduction, just try to move some to the front for better centerr of gravity.

Are those aftermarket wheels rated that high?

Wheels are rated to 3700lbs and thanks for posting 👍

Yeah the 180lbs or so of lead acids are at the very back left which isn't ideal so the 1 or 2 lithiums I swap in will go all the way forward in the basement area pictured below.

If you had 300 Ah of lead acid, you could get by with just 150 Ah of LiFePO₄. Lead acid batteries shouldn't be discharged below 50% state of charge. So 300 Ah of lead acid has only 150 useful Ah. LiFePO₄ can go down to 0% without harm, though the lights do tend to go out.

So you may be able to get by with fewer LiFePO₄ Ah than you think.

Yeah I doubt I'll need more than 100ah.

Personally, I would not worry about gross weight, with that rig.

I would argue that your GVWR is 14,800 (3700X4) and per your scale ticket you're at 10,800.

Maybe try to shift a little more weight to the front axle, but thats about it.

Yeesh, that more GVWR than a F350 long bed of same year/trim would have lol and yeah I'll for sure be removing as much weight as possible behind the rear axle and moving things closer to the front. Thanks

Op, when you're doing your thing on or off road does the backend feel heavy?
I believe, if you do the basic weight elimination, batteries and moving a few things forward you should be fine.
do have a wet bath? That adds a lot of weight, my 8.6 hardside sun lite, wet, weighs 1830 . 22gal fresh water.
no water heater, no gray tank, 10 gallon black water tank. 1 20# lpg tank, I bought it this way.
it's not for everybody but it scratches the itch.

Back end feels fine and considering the truck has an 8'' lift it rides incredibly well, but I'm most likely going to put in higher rated leaf springs or add a second overload leaf.....not sure yet. The sway bars have newer bushings and the lift kit was all done really well and I believe the traction bars REALLY help with my setup, but I think the most important part of the whole setup is the 6.7 steering box cause it drives straight as an arrow with zero wandering or bump steer and I think with the larger tires and +1 offset wheels the trucks stance is around 8'' wider than stock so that helps with stability quite a bit.

I'll do some repositioning and weight reduction this weekend and report back

Curious where you are getting this number from? My F250 is rated at 6100 for the rear but that might be "derated" since it's an F250.

Ford derates them quite a bit. The Sterling/Visteon 10.5 axle on the 05-07 F250/F350 platforms is rated to just under 10k and I believe it's from 99 and up to 2016 or more.
