Empty Weight

I weight my truck the other day out of curiosity and figured I'd post up a copy of the ticket. This was with almost a full tank of fuel, some personal belongings and tools in the bed and no driver. The truck does have a brush guard on it too. It is an F-250 CC SB 4x4 PSD auto.

Front axle - 4,620lbs
Rear axle - 3,120lbs
Gross - 7,740lbs

Yeah that is comparable to my 08 by about 400 lbs. Good idea to do this so you know what you can load on it.

I weighed my truck this week with me in it and 40 miles on full tank of diesel and it weighed 7420 and I weigh 241 lbs and 4 oz.
