Figured I’d update everyone incase they have the same issue I ended up using the complete 1989 harness on the 1990 truck and pumps run good also with the start and stalling issue it turned out to be a bad alternator and ignition timing not being set completely I had it close but forgot to time it with the light but that only made it run better the stalling issue was due to a bad altornator killing the charged battery witch would allow it to run until the battery died u can check ur alternator by stating the truck and pulling off the red battery cable if the truck runs with the cable off it’s good if it don’t it’s bad
