The axle end track bar mount is different on the later model D44 front. This is what it looks like on my '79. I assume the bolts are the same size on the '75 and earlier models compared to the '76 and newer models.
My track bar is only 34 inches long the one’s on the newer style are longer therefore that one won’t work without cutting it down. The only other ones I’ve found are for an early bronco and they are shorter 28-30 inches long. I may take mine into a machine shop and see if they can cut and thread it and make a sleeve to fit what I need. I don’t want to pay $150+ and still have to cut it to make it work

That makes sense, the axle mount point on the later models is closer to the hub/wheel than the earlier models.
Another thing to consider. Have you lifted the front? Depending on how much, you may need a longer bar to account for the difference since the axle will be farther away from the frame than before. Whether that is enough to make a 36-39" adjustable bar work I don't know.
Years ago on a friends '75 F100 had a 4 inch lift, the stock track bar was too short and made the tire stick out further on the drivers side and the bottom of the coil springs were pulled towards the drivers side too. He had the same style track bar mount on the axle like I see on yours. He bought the adjustable bar for the later models and was able to get the front axle aligned correctly again.
I’m hoping to go with blue armrests, dash pad, and headliner. I think I’m probably going to go with the headliner with the speakers in it. I think that’ll look pretty sharp
