F700 dump vin decode help
F70 = F700 gas
E = 361 4v XD FT gas V8
V = Kentucky Truck Plant
CC5477 = 1978 numerical series, May 1978 production
134 = 134 inch wheelbase
No paint code. White is a standard color so not sure why the code isn't there unless there is some two tone or other paint that the special order would cover. I see "white" on the build sheet but can't read much more than that.
F704 = F700 gas, 24,000 lbs GVWR
418
41 = Probably black vinyl. I don't have the full decoder ring for this year. Again, I see "black" on the build sheet but can't see what it's referring to.
8 = Standard cab, cab and chassis vehicle. (You have the yellow tag from the body builder)
BM
B = Fan clutch less sound package, or engine less California emission. Since it's an Atlanta DSO, could be either. This space is usually used for auxiliary transmissions, but also for odd items like those listed.
M = Clark model 284 five speed direct transmission
55N
55 = Rockwell (Timken) single speed rear axle, 17,500 lbs capacity, 7.17 ratio
N = Ford 9,000 lb capacity front axle with power steering. (Same code also used for 7,500 lb capacity axle, but your build sheet says 9,000)
24000 = 24.000 lbs GVWR
216548
21 = Atlanta District Sales Office
6548 = Special Order Number
If your warranty label is still on the door with that VIN, more can be decoded. (EDIT: Decode completed above)
You will need to know the width and diameter of your brake drums to get shoes. Hardware is available through NAPA, sometimes wheel cylinders and shoes are too. Otherwise you'll have to find a brake supply outfit.
Drums are not available new--unless you have Dayton style wheels.

Thanks! I didn't think to look for the plate.
Unusual to find a good emissions sticker on an engine in that kind of service at that age.
You do have Dayton style wheels, so if you need drums, the worst case--based on another post here--is an air brake drum that is turned down to the proper width for your brakes.

I can tell you the bed is blue and the cab is white. The only thing that doesn't have layers of paint is the dump bed which only has blue paint
