3.75M means it's a 3750lb rated axle which is what your tag says also. That is a lighter duty axle which your tag also confirms. Your VIN indicates this is a light duty f250

I miss-spoke. The rearend code said it could be a heavier f150 or a lightduty f250. The VIN of course tells you what it really is. I am guessing the same rearend you have could have 5 lugs and be in a f150, or have 8 lugs and be in a light duty f250. By the way, Ford never called it a "lightduty" f250. They called it a F250 and then the heavier f250 was called the f250HD.

Alright makes sense this trucks seems to have been optioned out as a work horse. Though it never got a hitch aside from the bumper pull.
