I have a 2024 F450 Platinum and yesterday we went to go out to eat and the screen came up to the splash screen with the Ford Blue oval and would not go any further. I did the reboot by holding the power and skip forward button several times with no success. This morning still doing the same thing. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this. We are in Waco Tx and will be driving home to South Ms late this afternoon, it will be a long drive without radio.
Might be time to update then.,no way for anyone to know. A guy I know is having same issue with his 2024 Platnium Tremor, power and >> are not doing anything either.

Ford’s site says software updates “All Set” “No action required at this time”
There was an update the other day, but like you, I had mine set to not auto update. I had to press the continue button to allow it.
I say this only because it’s possible that the update failed, if it somehow started. If this is the case, it’s likely going to need to go to the dealer to have it reflashed. Maybe someone here will have another solution, or maybe it’s something else… but the timing is suspicious with the update within the last week or two.
I pulled the fuse that is labeled Sync and it killed the power to the screen, not sure what else. After about 15 minutes I put the fuse back in and it was still hung up. I then disconnected the negative on both batteries for about 10 minutes and that fixed the issue for now.

I think that tells you it wasn't the screen that was locked up, it was another network module that was locked up and the sync screen was waiting for it.
I have a '24 Platinum Tremor and I've had some goofy issues with my phone connection and self disconnecting from Sync. Self changing audio source as well. I started using Spotify instead of Pandora yesterday and the issues haven't reoccurred..
