I have a 2023 F350 XLT..... I noticed while driving this morning that the time on the radio screen clock was off by a couple of hours, it would allow me to select the correct time, but not save it. After turning the truck off and restarting it an hour later the screen was black, unresponsive. I held down the power/ & forward/next buttons for 10 seconds and the welcome screen "Ford 75 Years" came on and stays on for a minute, then shuts off and turns back on and repeats the screen on/off over and over. Anyone experience this? I did a search but didn't see this issue. I'm admittedly terrible using the search feature. (Sync 4)
Thanks
UPDATE - Dropped the truck off Monday morning. Service advisor called yesterday afternoon and said it was ready. The shop tickets states that the following was done - Updated the APIM and Gateway modules. BCE module reprogram & reconfigure. No answer on what caused it.

Reason: Update
Check your batteries, I have learned when my truck starts reverting to a 24hr clock and or the radio is acting weird I need to start looking for a good price on batteries.
I have found with the older sync3 systems that sometimes they need a hard reboot by disconnecting the batteries for a bit then they behave properly again.
