Andy, I don't know whats going on. Maybe I have "the phantom". I double checked the vin. This # is on the sticker and I checked it with the vin on the truck. Both agree. 1FTNW21PX4EB53473. It was built at the kentucky truck plant and build date was 11/07/04. Thanks

Also, what is the burning rubber smell, for lack of a better term? I can smell it in and out of the truck. Thanks

Gip, I figured it out, for whatever reason the dealer has not reported your truck as sold yet, I kept seeing a generic owner and did not think it was yours....I ran your vin and there no messages at all yet.... Talked with my techs and they agree 3-5mph loss would be normal depending on load, brakes are a little soft on this truck in early mileage-they should get better, the stutter I dont know, we have had some trans engagement issues but nothing real common=get the dealer to check it.....
