Oh, no dissing felt here, was no skin off anything I have, was just trying to answer a question as accurately as I could. Door is pretty nice looking, love the color on the side I see. Ford Oxford White was what I went with, that looks close on my monitor. I think you'll find in traffic, that mirrors are good, and more so the older you get.
Thanks for the help and advice as always. It’s the original color the truck was painted in which is Wimbledon White, but it looks much better than the factory paint job ever did.

Sorry, I digressed, glad you chose to put mirrors on, those look about as helpful as the tiny round ones on my 66 F100, I have them aimed so I can see the lines when I back into a parking spot, other than that they are window dressing so to say. But, they are mirrors and suffice the requirements of the law.
I doubt this truck will ever pull a trailer. Her days of doing that are over. It’s a street bruiser and a tribute truck. If we need to haul stuff, that’s what the F-100 is for.

Yeah, they do function for sure, it’s just that I noticed on our ‘76 long bed that they’re not ideal for actually seeing obstacles in all of the areas you need to see them. Maybe I’m just used to modern mirrors?

It looks whiter than W W on my monitor, might be my light settings?
I like to use small convex stick-ons in a outside corner of my mirrors so a vehicle easing up along side gets noticed, but keep the non convex portion zeroed in on the tail end of the dent, like the rear marker light so that I know where my corners are..
I haven't seen it mentioned here, but the simple stick on convex mirrors add huge functionality to otherwise lousy side mirrors! And if you decide you don't like them just remove them - but once I installed em I've absolutely appreciated them especially when changing lanes, or dropping the kids off at school or at a sports event with a bunch of kids running around.
