Boken rear wheel lug stud replacement **!SOLVED!**

**!SOLVED!**
I have a 2007 ford escape hybrid with 3 broken rear wheel lug studs I need to replace. It appears I have both disc and drum brakes on the rear. I have the disc calipers and the plate removed but I see no slots or openings or any way to get the broken lugs out or new lugs in. Can anyone tell me what all I need to disassemble to get these things out? Please help!

The wheel bearing needs to come apart
Did one similar just the other day on rice burner
I had to remove the knuckle / hub assembly then press out the hub with the lug studs in it
Then you can replace the studs (replace them all at that point and buy new nuts)
Not fun
Screw 'em
New cars suck
The engineering is **** poor

That was my daughter's car with one broken stud, so i was doing it free
About 500 to replace the stud retail
Replace them all, while you are in there, regardless

Thank you for your reply. No way in hell I was gonna do all that lol. I think the Hybrid Escape 07-12 are the only vehicle in existence where there isn't a single place you can slide em in/out even if you were to remove or put a hole in the shields. Entire back is solid. Most expensive lug studs too. So I was out with vehicle until about 5am. What I wound up doing was removed the calipers and the disc pads then rotor then removed all the parking brake drums/shoes/parts. Then I searched until I found lug studs 3mm shorter than stock so they'd fit between the back of the plate and the shields. Pounded old ones out (had to cut down 2 of em to get em out) then sucked new ones in then put it all back together.

Yea it is and speaking of crap engineering they really needed drums back there for the freaking parking brake? Wtf for? I've had 4 wheel discs before and never had to deal with drums for parking brake. Are they like that on the front too? If not I'm half tempted to go back in and yard all that crap out of both sides of rear end just so I never have to deal with that bs again for any reason.
