Mis-matched wheel studs

Mis-matched wheel studs
The wheel studs on my right rear are longer than the studs on the other 3 wheels. I'm worried when my mag wheels turn up that the lug nuts won't reach the wheel. Can I cut this to size while still installed, or do I have to replace them with shorter ones? I currently have my rear drums off so will be easier to do now. It's a 65 F100, but no guarantee it s a 65 diff, brakes or anything else for that matter!
