By leaky do do you mean the end cover is leaking? If not, where is it leaking from?

If your pump, regardless of miles, holds ICP fine in your use case you'd probably be fine just re-sealing your current pump.

Keep an eagle eye on your IPR duty cycle vs ICP. These two parameters are permanently displayed on my Scangauge II which is placed smack in my line of sight as I drive.
Thank you for your detailed response.

One of these days I might actually try that.

In the meantime, my modus operandi has been "ignorance is bliss."

In the near quarter of a century that I've had my truck, I've not even once ever looked at my IPR duty cycle, nor have I ever looked at my ICP.

Still on original stock HPOP, and as yet I just haven't encountered any need to check those parameters.

And it isn't as if I don't have the means to check...

Of course if I start looking, I might end up swapping HPOPs, adding reservoir volume risers, breaking corner castings, trying dual HPOPs...

I think I better not look. Ignorance is bliss.

As curious as you are, I am surprised you have not at least looked at it to verify system health.

I would personally stay away from anything Dieselsite makes. With the headaches I have gone through with 2 of their products this week. And in the past lessons learned. I have not heard of a lot of issues with the adrenaline pump but for the price I would look elsewhere CNC fab is most likely where I would go for a pump.

I think my system health verification metric has thus far been

"Did I get there?"
(Yes)
"Must be OK."
