Bill, I went through this same search a few years ago. I was unable to find the part, but was lucky enough for Mark (Walleye Hunter) to have a parts truck and he sent them to me.

My truck never had the clip and bolt to hold the tools down so when my parts truck had one I stole it already! I may can find a part number on it after work.
I never could find a replacement for it just searching for it. Maybe a part number is all the difference. I will see if I find a part number this afternoon.
