today I run my 7.3idi Van, and note that FUEL FILTER light goes on while engine running.
What could be cause of this? Does I need to change the filter or I plug out some wire?
Additionaly dash cluster light is not working, but the part where is A/C is working. Does light bulb is blown or maybe some fuse?
when the fuel filter light comes on, it is sensing a vacuum in the fuel circuit between filter and injector pump. this is usually caused by a dirty fuel filter, or plugged fuel lines.

How can I solve that? And does is maybe same issue with that when I press shrader valve while engine is running, no fuel goes out and engine imideatly goes off?

I would venture to guess that your engine driven fuel pump has died and needs to be replaced. The reason the truck is still drivable is because you have a leak-free fuel system and the injector pump has a transfer pump that's sucking the fuel in.
Hook up a fuel pressure tester to the Schrader port while the engine is idling. You should have 4psi. If your engine driven fuel pump died, you'll have zero psi.
I disconnect fuel hose before filter and crank the engine just a pinch. fuel is flowing, so I guess that the lift pump is ok...

Sounds like you need to replace the fuel filter then.
The dash cluster is lit by several small bulbs. It is possible they all died, or a wire got loose, something corroded. I've never tried to reach up underneath to test the lights, but its pretty easy to pull the cluster. Remover dash trim and there are several screws that hold the cluster in place.

My cousin have pressure tester kit, so I will try these days. Can you explane me what I need to do with wires on the photo, as well as what is the purpose of the transparent hose?
Also, what I need to do if the pressure is 1-7psi, and what to do if is 0?
I am thinking all the day how is possible to have that vacuum in the line??? I know that I have air intrusion, because 2 of the returning caps are leaking a little bit, so I today I recieve return kit and will change it, but this with the vacuum messing my brain...

Vacuum is because the injection pump is sucking more fuel than the lift pump is pushing. Reasons for this include a blocked or pinched fuel line, bad lift pump, blocked fuel pickup in the tank, plugged/gelled fuel filter.
I know you said you disconnected the feed line to the filter and fuel came out while cranking, which means the lift pump works (could still be weak, but its pumping)
Have you replaced the fuel filter yet?

I will order next week from RockAuto, shipping from US is expensive and because of that I need to pay customs fee too, but will menage it.
I am praying to be filter because seems easiest to change it instead to chech pump / tank lines etc.
And yes, fuel comes from the hose before filter.
Also I have anti-return valve on the LP to Filter hose, and I don't know does I need and direction too...
Thanks for helping
