boost reading question
i noticed something in my charts normally my map at idle is 100kpa, but it goes up to 190kpa, which is 27psi. However, I blew a hose. I took a picture of that and it was reading 299kpa. I was foot to floor for that. Does that mean I'm overboosting since it's 43psi, or should i be subtracting 100 atmospheric when trying to get boost pressure, so it would be 28psi plus atmosphere?

Looks like the MAP you are reading is in absolute pressure since you're seeing about 100kpa at idle (~14.5psi) which matches your baro. To get boost you subtract the barometric pressure. So your worst case would be 299 - 100 = 199kpa or 28-29 psi of boost so you are right where you should be.
I'm pretty sure there is a PID you can pull up in Forscan for boost so you don't have to do the math. And I believe you can get it in psi units instead of kpa, just select a different option from the list.
