I was lookin at random PSD stuff on eBay and come accross boost foolers and some product called "BIG BOOST", wich made me wonder why no one runs a boostfooler? my budy has one on his dodge and he went from 28psi to 40-42.
does it work like that on our trucks?
i have a fooler...its the dial to the left with red hose going to it..after 22 to 25 PSI our trucks defuel..the fooler stops that from happening..our turbo will not build over 30lb..its the way it was built with the westgate..we have to go after market to get over 25lb of boost

I have one also, look in my sig, it is called OVERBOOST ANNIHILATOR.
I have the ITP OBA as well -- got it as a package deal with the my Tuner from DP. Keeps the CEL from coming on (at 22-23psi), and engine from de-fueling at 25 like Ron mentioned. You can roll your own if you like and save some bucks, but some things I just prefer to get as a kit...
It is basicly an air pressure regulator and vents extra pressure before the MAP sensor. So you can run more boost and the computer does not defuel for an over boost condition. You will not get the ses for overboost also
hope this helps.

you will need two barbed fittings to split the MAP sensor hose and install between sensor and spider. You will need to pre adjust the regulator with compressed air and adjust it to 20 to 22 psi and install.
You can fine tune the adjustment after install just increase the regulated pressure until ses comes on and then back it off a little.
Thats how I did it.
hope this helps.
