Good evening everyone! I bought a 95 XLT F-150 and I’ve been having issues with the transmission. When I was slowing down to go over some RR tracks, the truck had a hard downshift and my OD light starting flashing. After I came back from deployment my battery was dead, I replaced the third brake light and I thought it was fixed! Drove it around and once again, slowing down… hard downshift, flashing OD light.
I have the 332 and 628 codes. Seems like it drives fine (haven’t taken it over 45) and shifts fine but jolts hard when putting it into drive and reverse. Where should I start? Am I ok to drive it 5-7 minutes to work or should it stay parked?
