do you have a scanner that can run a scan to see what modules talk back and what modules don’t? Not just a code scanner.
when you turn in the key to accessory but not starting the truck do the typical lights come on in the dash? CEL seatbelt WTS ABS and all the other oil battery rpm gauges work except the speedo? Do you have cruise control? Does the cruise control work. On a manual the speed sensor uses the cruise control
check power at pins 4 and 5 and 16 on the OBD connector. 16 is positive and 4/5 are ground. Looking at the OBD connector Bottom row right is 16 top row middle two are 4/5. Look up a OBD port pin out for a visual.
if everything worked prior to the cab swap I would also look for crushed wiring. Not saying anything about the install but sometimes on such large job you maybe pinched something when putting the cab on or dash in or some connector was not snapped on all the way.
I got it to work. The truck is lifted and it moved the sway bar position to where it smashed the wire between the sway bar and axle. But thanks for your help.

ouch. Make sure the jacket isn’t crushed where wire is showing . That’s pretty thin wire You should use some liquid electrical tape on the wire to keep water and road junk from corroding the wire. Glad to see it was fixed.
