Nice!! But be aware trucks can idle for endless hours when in on scene. I guess for every mile driven our fleet has 1-2 times as many hours idle time.

Have you ever watched a grass rig (brush truck) in action, I would have to get it dirt cheap. I was on a FD for 26 years and our grass rigs were used up when we got rid of them.

That 3/8-1/4 inch center plate of the rear bumper is rusted all the way through on the left side. The door bottoms and rockers look good though. So it doesn’t look like it lived a rough life. I worked and still, work woth fire departments and those guys are OCD about their vehicles.

im thinking it will sell around 25000 cause it’s a XL. . That’s where I think the reserve is set around 24,000. Although I’ve seen some of these low mile trucks go in the 32-35,000 if it’s a Lariat or King Ranch.

Can't argue with the engine 7.3 Turbo Diesel is incredibly dependable with no Def to worry about. I've been looking for a 7.3s with low mileage but they are going for up to 35K in Texas. Just saying, I agree with Stoffer. Rust should be no surprise, if I'm not mistaken, trucks in Minnesota.

i have a 7.3 1999 F250 lariat 4x and it’s got 180,000. I have people offering to buy it all the time when I’m out and about. Some offers were at 20k and the guy said to follow him to the bank. So yeah I see this one in the 23-25k range

Take a trip over to Bring a trailer. I was sure Id bag an OBS F350,4x4/5spd, former fire rig. It went for $20,000 something when it was over. Insane, just insane.

it’s wild dude. There are a lot of guys at the age they want their high school car. From what I gather a lot of 80/90s cars are getting very popular now.
the 80/90s cars were neglected for a long time. I remember 80/ F body GM cars …you couldn’t give them away. Pristine models were 5/7k. Now 15/25k. Jalopies are 3/5k.

obs Ford trucks are very popular. The 89-98 GMT400s are wildly popular. I have a 1989 GMC single cab short bed and paint is peeling. I don’t drive it but I still gave guts leaving notes if I wanna sell it. I’ve had people stop and offer 3-4k as is.

WOW!! Relatively clean and in good shape. The rear bump can be welded or replaced. Gotta love the old style hand crank windows, power-less features. Bringing it back Retro-style. Good metal under the doors, can probably get running boards installed. I could show you my rust under the doors (rocker panels) of my 2002 F-250 CCLB 4x4 and it might make you heave. BUY IT!!!!!

Wow…looked on bring a trailer….you would be surprised what a low mileage 7.3 commands these days.
