Man you're making me hungry! Here's the fan clutch tool I use on my 7.3. I also have a set of very large end wrenches going up through 1 7/8 I think. I just used them a few weeks ago doing the water pump.

Yes indeed. Fresno has two seasons. Winter and Summer. Winter is leaving and summer will be here tomorrow. By the weekend we will be wilting in 92 degree weather according to the weather guessers.
I received some good news yesterday. Chase Auto sent me a letter thanking me for paying off their car loan. And they had a refund check of $256.14 attached. Geico paid them too much, so I got a refund. I went straight to the bank to cash it. Stuck the $56.14 in the savings and took the $200 home to add to the truck fund, which is in my safe in the bedroom. Just that little bit closer to my goal. I figure if I can refrain from impulse buying something just for transportation, I will have $4,400 by December of this year and give myself a good Christmas present.

Summer is supposed to be here this weekend as well. I've only been with without my long johns for the last three days, I am not ready for 80° temps yet.

Same up here in the North end of the Valley. On a positive note, Kool April Nights is this week, so a lot of cool cars are out and about.

I got lucky on the way home from my caregiver's church yesterday afternoon, when I spotted a car show/gathering on the way home. It was a few local and not so local lowrider clubs, and I got to see some car hopping and awesome paint jobs. I am not into lowriding per se, but I do enjoy the amount of time, and money a lot of them put into their cars.

Happy weltering Wednesday. Well I just checked the weather guesser site, and they are claiming 93 for Friday, and 94 for Saturday, but then 88, Sunday and by Tuesday 70. So It looks like Summer is just popping its head in for a few days before going back to sleep, even if only temporarily.
Interestingly enough, that Perry Morgan Express site still says they finance every vehicle in their inventory. And so far, the Dakota I want is still there. So after next payday I will apply again, only with a bigger down payment.

I'm sad to report I'm selling Mad Max today. It's been a good run Max.

After getting the BiValent booster, they now offer the booster for the booster. Weird. If it has been 4 months since you got the Bivalent vaccine, you can get an update for it. I wasn't sure about all the details. I went over to The City's vaccine clinic. The nurse explained it to me as she put the shot in my arm. Now I am up to 6 doses. Istill have my doubts. It may not be doing much of anything at all, except for the sore arm. But none of those shots have killed me yet.
