Been lurking around for sometime. Have gleaned a lot of info here. Thank you for your transparency and insight.
Have a 2000 F250 4x4 7.3 ZF6. I am the original owner.
Started playing around 12 years ago with the TS6 tuner, exhaust and intake.
That was good enough until this year when it was time replace tired injectors. That has opened up so many rabbit holes. I hardly know where to begin.
Continue to tow 8-10k, total maybe 10-15 weeks a year.
Have a lot of fun with it when i am not.
Continue the 20+years of reliability.
Hope to match the same power/toque of newer teucks, with in reason.
Is that not close to what the stock injectors are? If money is going out I would like to feel it working for me.
i am here to be ducated, so please excuse any weird questions i may have
I have in mind to replace wear products. Was thinking of the following
Injectors
HPOP and lines
Rebuild fuel bowl and new lines
Water pump
Radiator Hoses
Main Engine Wire Harness
Applicable sensors on engine.
fFigure 20 plus years they should be addressed. Then i had the idea why not see what i can get out of it
