I agree with Mark. I did it when I put the engine back together. Probably the only image I have of it after my old MAC computer issue. I don't think I was planning on making it a point.
It's a hard surface, I did it with my orbital palm sander and 60 grit. Maybe 40 grit.
If the solution to this squealing belt saga turns out to be as simple as sanding the water pump pulley I don’t know if I’ll laugh or cry. Maybe I’ll do both.
