1. Do you ever use the heated seat by itself without using cabin heat?
Yup, with a diesel and the supplementary heater, the heated seat really makes those cold mornings bearable. Wish I had a heated steering wheel.
2. Have you ever used the heated seat to relieve back pain or body aches?
It's unbelievable how a full lumbar and a heated seat on high will make my back happy again
3. Have you ever used the heated seat(s) to keep take out food warm?
Not just in the truck, but I've done it in the wife's Infiniti too.
My girlfriend has RA, All 3 of our vehicles have heated seats and the one on her side gets used all of the time, even during summer months when it's A/C weather. When we're travelling in the truck, she also uses a big heating pad that drapes over her shoulders...at 40W, the inverter runs it just fine. If I'm going to pick her up, I always turn the seat heater while I'm driving there. FWIW, the F250's heated cloth seats are far superior to those in a newer Subaru Crosstrek and an older Buick LaCrosse, both with leather seats.

Yep 2. Have you ever used the heated seat to relieve back pain or body aches?
No 3. Have you ever used the heated seat(s) to keep take out food warm?
Yep, Pizza boxes for sure, and I've used the rear seat heaters to preheat jackets and gloves before heading out
I have found I really like the heated seats in my Premium XLT trim F-250. So here's some questions for you:
1. Do you ever use the heated seat by itself without using cabin heat?
2. Have you ever used the heated seat to relieve back pain or body aches?
3. Have you ever used the heated seat(s) to keep take out food warm?
I have found I like the warmed seat by itself on cool mornings and sometimes never bother with cabin heat. Putting the passenger seat on high and covering food items with a jacket will keep a pizza or Chinese take out warm on the way home. And I left work the other day with a roaring back ache. The extra warm seat brought soothing relief!
I actually cook and prepare meals on the seats but extra Pam is required do to the cloth 😁
In all seriousness, these are the best heated seats I've owned, almost instant.
Use them all winter as does the wife.

They warm very fast. I am 3 houses away from the entrance of our sub-division. (I'm the 4th house) If I don't pre-start the truck via Ford Pass, just get in and go, my behind will be warming by the time I get to the marque at the entrance.
I need to install heated seats in mine. The 21 I had for a few months had them and my wife loved it. Wondering if I just throw in some junkyard seats, swap out the center trim piece to add the buttons, how much work it will be to get the button to work. I know there are after market solutions but I like the stock look.
Yes, to 1,2,&3.
I've only had the heated seats in this new 2022 F250, and in my wife's Fusion, but they've been great so far. We haven't had morning Temps below 28⁰ yet, but they heat up fast, feel great on cold mornings, and have helped soothe some back pain. I haven't used the ones in the truck with food yet, but the ones in the wife's car help to keep Chinese take-out warm on the way home. I do find once they warm up a bit, I am very happy with the seat on low heat and the temp setting at 66⁰ seems perfect to me.
My wife's Subaru heated seats are great for lower back pain and in us old farts, drink a cup of hot something, turn on those seats and in 10 miles your constipation is gone.
