Automatic would be a 4R100 manual would be a ZF6. RPMs at a given speed would be dependent on what rear is in it but I don't know what gears would yield what RPMs
That is fairly close to stock tire size and 4.88 gearing. Is it a cab and chassis truck? I dont think 4.88 was standard on a 350 with a 7.3, but maybe was an option on the cab and chassis model

The tag on the rear end says 4.10. And it has a dually bed not cab and chassis. And that is an only a 4 speed no over drive. Just trying to figure it out

If you have a four speed without overdrive you have some custom transmission that has been fitted. Ford only offered the 4R100 four speed overdrive (four forward ratios, the highest one being 0.71:1 overdrive) or a six speed manual transmission. Those were the only two choices. There were no four speed non overdrive transmissions.
