Rpm High
I just got my truck it is 2001 F350 4x4 crew cab dually 7.3 6 spd manual. Running hwy speed 60 mph the rpms are around 2100. If i was to run it up to 75 mph the rpms would be up around 2500. Is that right.My tire size is 235/85/16. I am not sure what gears it as.I was going to go up a 265 tire.I am going to do trailer pulling with it. The exhaust and air intake are going to upgraded. thanks

sounds like you have 4.10's
check the axle code on the sticker in the door jamb is will give you a code ill find the list to decode it.
i run 265/75-16 and im runnin about the same rpms. the 265/75 is just slightly taller but alot wider
