Not sure what to diagnose next. 2003 Excursion, running fine, parked it in the afternoon, came back two days later and no start.
There is no injector buzz with the key turn to on.
Fuel pressure is 55 lbs.
swapped to a second FICM and still no injector buzz.
Swapped FICM solenoid and tested original, both good. fuse is good.
Numbers shown above are cranking with charged batteries, original FICM.
Unknown tune, bought this from CoPart a while ago.
has a Viper autostart, does not buzz injectors with auto start either.

I’m having the same issue. Hopefully someone can provide some sort of help.
Injector Buzz/No Buzz
• Every time the key is cycled to the on position, the injectors should buzz.
• If no buzz is heard one of the following conditions may be present:
a) No power or ground to the FICM or PCM.
b) No CAN communication between the FICM and the PCM.
c) V-ref shorted to ground.
d) Bad PCM or FICM.
e) All injectors bad or wiring to all
injectors bad (not likely).
• If the injectors do buzz and all conditions are met for the engine to run but the injectors do not fire during crank, check the FICM logic power feed to the FICM.
• To check powers and grounds to the FICM you can bring up the following pids on the WDS:
FICMVPWR (FICM Vehicle Power battery voltage)
FICMMPWR (FICM Main Power or output voltage approximately 48 volts)
FICMLPWR (FICM Logic Power battery
Nice post Benny. I have seen all 8 injectors get the spool valves plugged essentially at the same time with dirty oil. Talk about an uncommon problem!
This is scenario that I have finally diagnosed it to. Just bought the truck not running. Pulled oil filter and the oil is like molasses! Checked everything I could think of, swapped FICMS, checked all wiring, the only logical conclusion is injectors. Will post up after I install them with the results.
Installed injectors and problem is fixed. All 8 injectors that I pulled out were reman units. Oil was as thick as tar. Changed the oil and filter as well. Runs great now.
