Update it throws a P0344 (Cam Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent) and a P1211 (Injector Control Pressure Higher/Lower than Desired Engine Running). Never seen these before

Maybe check the harness on the driver valve cover?
with the cost and ease of doing a cps I'd probably change it and see, if it doesn't fix it I'd keep the old as a spare.
