I don't have the labor guide handy but looking at the exploded view, it seems like a very easy job. Maybe an hour, hour and a half labor or so at most.

Thanks. I'm hoping it won't be over 2 I know most shop's go by the book. I know if I do this myself I'll run into issues and have to find a way to get to the part's store and this is my only driver so I can't be without a vehicle for very long. So I'm just trying weigh odds on wheather to do this myself otr take it in.
What ever you do get a Motorcraft/Ford pump, it should come with all associated o-rings required. No silicone sealant!!
Is there a problem getting one from Napa or Lordco ? The thing is will never ever darken the the doorway of my local dealship ever again and the nearest one is over 250 kms. away.
You can order it online and have it delivered. www.parts.ford.com and www.fordpartsgiant.com both sell genuine Ford parts. If that's absolutely out of the question I'd go with Napa's best warranty part. Never heard of the other one.
I'm in Canada so ordering fdrom the states is out of the question plus 2-3 week delivery. On Napa website theu have listed a new and remanufactured ones with both being similar in price.

My local dealer will go to the napa store around the corner from time to time if the MC part needed isn't readily available, the only issue is that they can't or won't warranty it the same.
Considering the high failure rate of the early 5.0L water pumps, paying the huge bucks for yet another MC water pump isn't exactly inspiring confidence.
I put a water pump on my 5.0L 2014 about a year ago. It was the first water pump I've replaced in a very long time, still, everything came apart and went back together in my driveway in under 2 hours.
I don't know what the book rate is, but if you want to do this yourself it's not a bad chore. My only gripe was that the bottom pulley is so close to the harmonic balancer that it has to come off to fully remove the serpentine belt.
