My 2022 had the recall done a couple months ago and now I have my brake controller on 2 and it still almost locks up the brakes. The brakes and controller worked fine before the recall. I'd have the controller set to 6 or 7 and it worked great. On 2 now it's too much. I might have to take it back in and either have them program it again or put it back the way it was. Anybody else have this problem?

I just had the brake recall done last week but haven't pulled the RV yet. I waited quite a while to take the truck in for the recall even though I did have one episode of no trailer brakes on our last trip in May. But we are heading out for 6 weeks soon and I didn't want to be worrying about losing the trailer brakes again. It seemed some folks were having issues getting the recall done but I don't recall anyone having overly sensitive brakes afterward. Maybe your sensitivity setting got changed to High and you were using Low or Medium before? The sensitivity setting is in addition to the brake force number (like 2 or 6).
I have my brake sensitivity set to low . I'm towing a new airstream.
I wouldn't be surprised if the dealer says there's nothing wrong with the truck and tries to say it's your trailer. You may have to drag the trailer down there and take them for a ride.......
