Yep, CAT ELC. Every filter change looks like that....no idea why.

I couldn’t believe how much crap my filter pulled out of the system on my ol’ 91 IDI. Based off that I added the RiffRaff kit to my 99 a few weeks back.
Haven’t cut the filter apart yet but I’m thinking it’s again going to be a worthwhile upgrade. Price isn’t bad either very high quality kit IMO.
