As others have stated it is a lot of work. I am working on a 63 that was actually my first vehicle. I live in Alberta, Canada so reproduction pieces cost a lot of money. Between the exchange, shipping charges and customs it is double the list price before I have it in my hands, Then there is damage done in shipping. I had to rebuild the same items you are looking at. My Grandfather gave me a '64 f250 when I was 12. By the time I was old enough to drive it the cab sank down over the front mounts so bad that the clutch pedal didn't have enough throw to release the clutch to put it into gear. My solution was bolting a piece of 3" chanel iron across the frame at about the front of the door steps ( from door step to door step), then added a piece of 2x4 plus some shim stock to bring the front of the cab to where it was suppose to be. That raised the clutch pedal back to the original position along with the steering column so the turn signals would cancel. I drove it like that for about 4 yrs. until I found a suitable replacement cab. I did it back in the 80's and I would do it again if need be but just for a temporary repair.
