Hey all... I'm in desperate need of help because I am going on a month-and-a-half with my van not running. So thank you in advance for any help! I changed the rotors, pads, and calipers on my 2011 Ford E350, but I'm having an issue with the brake pad Clips rubbing on the rotor. Any idea why that would happen? I'll attach a picture to show what's happening.
If the brake caliper anchor plate is bolted on correctly, it is mechanically impossible for any part of it to come into contact with the rotor. I'm guessing that plate is installed incorrectly, perhaps even backwards. Or, maybe it's the wrong plate entirely. When/how was this last worked on?
