nothing too exciting but i think i finally fiquered out how to post pics which i think was harder than changing parts. thanks to all for the info, i followed guzzle instructions. a big thanks to riff raff.
justin i believe they are powerslots, i called clay and told him how i use my truck and what he would recommend. another example of great customer service.
kwik, i am more excited bout the pics than anything, been tryn to figuere it out for awhile now and it was a good excuse to see if i could make it work. the only downside is i was really wanting to go to the colorado gtg but this will make funds tight for abit.
i did not have to on mine, removed wheel, removed caliper, used five gallon bucket to sit caliper on, used hammer to loosen rotor and removed, replaced, i used two wheel lugnuts to hold the new rotor on and in place to make it easier to install caliper. i did remove the slide pins and cleaned and greased with high temp brake grease.
Thanks for the up date, I have e99 cc lb 4x4 drw and I was under the impression I had to remove the axles. I also want to replace my emergency brake shoes that are inside the rotor back, is yours built that way, Thanks, Chet
Chet, mine is 00 srw so not sure if you have to pull the axle or not, yes my parking prake pads use the inside of the rotor, mine still had good thickness to them so i sprayed them off with brakeclean and used a green scuff pad on them.
