Codes p0340 p1211
Got a early 99 with 495,000km on it. My truck has these hiccups while driving, it lose power for a second a couple of time around 80kph and when i let off to slow down to make a turn. It sometime shuts off. I plugged my code reader in and its saying that its my cps and icp.
I replace both sensors in June, where i was having the same problem before and after replacing both sensors the truck didn't have a problem until a week ago.
Im just wonder if its a wiring issue or something bigger

That is a likely assumption. The IPR connector is prone to wiring shorts and will cause the symptoms you've described. Considering both codes, the problem may be at the 42 pin where it rubs the valve cover.
