I'm running stock with 37's right now. Along with what others have said, the truck would be too high with even a 2.5" lift. I will probably order some Kings for stock hight and possibly a 2019 front spring to lift it about 1" up front. I'm very happy with the way it is right now.
If you are interested, I have a 2019 that I am trying to lower an inch in the front and would be willing to swap front springs with you. I've already swapped to the 21 rear blocks and now it sit's perfectly level when unloaded, but any trailer and it's lower in the rear, and I prefer level when loaded, and a slight 1-2" rake when empty. These 19s are way too tall. It started almost 4" taller at the bed rails than my 2008, so I've had to move my pinbox on my 5th wheel, and lower the truck, and my 5th wheel is still nose high.
Had to change my Carli order. Talked to Carli today and the commuter and back country kits are not available for the gas engine super dutys. Fox has not even started production on the Carli tuned shocks.
I am doing the Carli leveling kit and adding the components that would have been in the Commuter kit ( track bar, sway drop brackets and upper steering stabilizer) These kits are available now
