I'm running stock with 37's right now. Along with what others have said, the truck would be too high with even a 2.5" lift. I will probably order some Kings for stock hight and possibly a 2019 front spring to lift it about 1" up front. I'm very happy with the way it is right now.

This looks like a very reasonable solution - did you have to trim much? What 37' tires? Are the larger tire sidewalls enough to improve the ride at all?

No trimming yet, I only rub at full lock on the radius arms and a tiny bit on the sway bar. Not much, maybe 3/8" to 1/2". My tires are 37x12.5r18 Toyo ATIII's, and the ride has improved a ton. The ride is much softer since the tire pressure is less than the factory tires for the same weight rating.
I’m running a Readylift 1.5” block up front, SPC 2.3 and 2.6 degree castor shims, Bilstein 5100’s on all 4 corners, Firestone red label 7500lb bags in the rear with an airlift WirelessONE compressor, torklift bumpstops, a PMF dual steering stabilizer Bilstein shocks and a Bilstein 5100 steering stabilizer in the stock position. Sits 1/4” -1/2” lower in the front and when I hook to my 5th wheel at 90psi sits perfectly level and rides smooth as glass towing 20k. Wheels are a TIS off-road 20x8.25” and tires are a 35x12.50r20 12 ply Kendra Klever RT

dare i ask: stock 18" diameter 8" wide wheels? And what year truck? My 2020 is a bit lower in front the past alumadutys - been looking for a ride improver without breaking the bank - your approach may help - and looks great by the way.

Thanks! My truck is a 2020 XL with STX package. The wheels are stock 18’s and I’m not sure on the diameter.
I just bought a 2017 F350 6.7L CCLB. The previous owner put a 2.5" leveling kit in the front and 37's on it. Since I tow a medium weight 5th wheel toy hauler I wouldn't have leveled the front if it were up to me. Also I think the previous owner went the cheap route with the leveling kit as it consists of just the spacers above the springs. I do love the 37's though. With my trailer the rear end squats from perfectly level to -2.25". I'm putting on a set of Timbrens this evening to see how they do. The back of this new truck sits 4.5" higher than my '02 F250 CCSB. I had to swap my trailer axles to underneath the leaf springs in order to be able to tow my trailer safely.

How do you like the tires? I wanted to go with them but they didn't make a 37". Will try them when they do.
Edit: Just checked, they do make a 37x12.5r17 now.

So far they have been great. For the aggressive tread and how big the gap in the tread is they’re surprisingly quiet. For towing they have been great. I haven’t done any driving in the snow with them yet but slick greasy clay on a few campsites hasn’t been an issue. From the 3 months I’ve had them the on and off road performance has been flawless. Here’s a few pics of them and a few pics of the bags and torklift bump stops.
Thats a great set up! I have a full carli 3.5" kit on my 2020 and I agree that PMF 4 link would be a better for sure than the Carli radius arms. Just for getting castor dialed in alone.
Do you happen to have pics where the 4 link attaches to the front axle?
Sorry it took so long to get this. Ive been out of town for 3 weeks.
Got confirmation today that the Carli kit I want will fit my MY22 F250. On order. 8-10 weeks out due to the custom Fox shocks back order. Wheels and tires are already in. The waiting game starts all over again!

Going with the 3” Commuter Kit, sway bar drops and upper steering stabilizer. I’ll add to it later if I need to, but that’s where I’ll start. I was told that the radius arms would be purely asthenic on a leveling kit like this.
