I just bought this truck about a month ago. No problems everything runs perfect about 134 thousand miles when bought. Recently its been having some issues it would lose all power randomly and shut off it will take a second to turn over with a little throttle. i got under to check for any leaks see if maybe it was the radiator or something of the sort found a large coolant leak coming from the assembly under the water pump I'm not sure what it is again very new to diesels. looking for some help to see what this problem is the truck is a 1992 f250 7.3
Your waterpump seal probably went out. Replacing a WP is not that hard to do, just a pain to swap over the fan clutch first (reverse threads on that, LEFTY-TIGHTY, RIGHTY-LOOSE, and you have to rent a clutch puller from a parts store)
Also, remember the location of each water pump bolt, because they are different lengths for different reasons. Use RTV for the gasket AND the aforementioned bolts.
Just to help us diagnose this, could you post some pictures of the leak? It could also be a different leak than your WP, but who knows until we see some photos
