Working on my '77 I found a fiber/aluminum composite heat shield under the carpet on the passenger side floor, above where the exhaust pipe runs. It's been completely ruined by moisture so I'm looking for replacement options. Any thoughts? Does anyone make a repro or do I throw down some kind of dynamat style stuff?
If so, you can use the heat shield mat materials like F250 suggested. That's what I did when I re-did my floorboard. There are no reproductions of this item that I am aware of.
