yup..gunna have him test batteries, rewire them 2 cooked wires and unplug everything off alternator. Then, making sure batteries are good and CORRECTLY hooked up, have him just turn key to "on"...see if there's gauges, dash lights...etc...then go from there
Still wait'n on confirmation fellas....shouldnt be that difficult to do the few experiments to give us a path.....then again..🙄
I hate to say it but it took your friend turning the ignition key before he figured out he connected his batteries bass ackwards, and then still connected the batteries (the right way around) after smelling burned wires. This is going to take awhile.
At the very least, There will be enough people there to have a Proper funeral...….

Hey fellas...yup, do to him having other priorities..(finding places to eat at), my contribution was put on hold...so, I went east lol. Yeah, J-Bone bounced before i can get there in Amarillo. Maybe meet up with y'all down the road under better terms but, for now, getn crap done with the house. Did go to a broil Saturday...whatta hoot. Broiled crawfish and smoked wrapped gator...lol...DELISH!!
..Buddy did manage to find one battery is toast. So, progress slow but 1 thing to check off....
