On the passenger side, the entire air breather snorkel will pull out for easy access. On the driver side, you can remove the filler neck on the washer fluid tank. Still tight, but you can get in there and do it.
I also have a dual battery 7.3.

Just put the Hikari 2021 Acme-X LED bulbs in mine last night - OMG they are bright, but have a good pattern for using stock halogen housings. Curious how they compare with factory LED, when i find someone with them i will post it. Checked the lighting level 12' away - stock halogen vs Hikari LED using an app on my phone. Low beam stock 1,546 lux, LED 4,592 lux; high beam stock 2,026 lux, LED 7,508 lux. Just saw Amazon has them 15% off right now, missed that deal on Saturday. I hope I didn't put too much lighting in it and get continuously flashed at... They advertise up to 4 times brighter, i believe it. Hikari has 9,800; 10,000, 12,000 ant the Acme-X are 15,000 lumen

I was very happy with mine also. Just make sure you adjust them down a little bit to avoid blinding others. You'll still have 10 times the light of factory halogens.

I have an 2017 f350 xlt 6.2. I put some Beamtech LED bulbs in a few months ago. Very happy with them, nice bright white light. Haven’t been flashed by one coming traffic at all. These bulbs do have a set screw so you can orientate the filament correctly. I didn’t need to. Install was easy. I did have to remove the air intake on the pass side.
