I have a 2015 -150, with the standard headlights. I'd like to swap them out for the factory LED headlight assemblies, wondering what is involved, and what years are compatible to the 2015. Any input would help, thanks!

2015 -2017 IIRC. Get ready to have a MUCH lighter wallet as the OEM assemblies are around $2K ea and are NOT serviceable. Your best bet is to go to Headlight Revolution or Diode Dynamics and pick up some LED replacement bulbs. That is my plan for when I need to replace a bulb. Speaking of which, my 2015 was bought 09-2015 and has 103K miles on it and I haven't had to replace a single bulb..... OK, now I've done it.....

The OEM LED headlight assemblies from a 2015-17 F150 will work for you.
You can contact a place like The Retrofit Source for everything you need but be prepared because this is not a cheap conversion.
You can save some money by searching on Ebay for a used and working pair of OEM LED headlight assemblies and then purchase the remaining parts that are required from the same above mentioned company.
If you want the look, go for Morimoto or Alpha Rex. The best bet is to put LED bulbs in your current housings. OEM, Morimoto and Alpha Rex are all sealed units that can nit be serviced when a bulb goes out. As CR172 said, they are crazy expensive. Headlight Revolution and F150LEDs have made it easy by already testing what bulbs work best. That’s the route I’ll take when my halogens get replaced.
The replacement LED bulbs is most definitely the least expensive route, but be careful about what LEDs you get because they need to mimic the size, shape, and position of the halogen filaments. Not all do that faithfully.
And as others have explained, there are other LED assemblies that you can get from Morimoto, Alpha Rex, Axial, Raxium, and others who make headlight assemblies that are far less expensive than the OEM LED headlights. Some of the early producers have come and gone, so that is an issue as well.
Hmmm.....Looks like just going with the bulbs is the way to go. My thinking was to get a set of light assemblies from a salvage yard, but, they may want a million bucks for those also. But, if the LED bulbs work well in my current headlight assemblies, then I'll probably do that. I work evening shifts in the summer every other week, and I have a pretty long dark ride home, so, wanting to upgrade the lights. Thanks for the input, guys!
Be advised that replacing the bulbs in a 2015 F150 is a major PITA. I could not get my fat hands behind the front wheel well liners, so I had to remove the entire headlight assembly to do it. It's about a half hour job per side. A couple of pieces of trim need to be popped off, several bolts, and a couple of push pins.

Sounds no more difficult than replacing the assemblies but much cheaper.
I don’t have for cuttoff lines but here they are at night. Go to headlight experts type in year etc must enter halogen as existing then they will take you to options get led lights, other option will not work . I got fogs highs and lows for just over 300 bucks. They have a sale on now.
