Someone cab swapped my truck at some point for a 1995 f150 cab, so I’m unable to figure out the gearing from the sticker in the door frame. I looked at the axle tag and couldn’t make heads or tails of it. Could someone help me figure out what gear ratio my truck has? Here’s the tag. Thanks in advance for the help y’all!
It looks to me like it is a 4.10. To check, block the front wheels, take the tranny out of gear/park, jack the rear of the truck up, place a mark on the wheel and one on the drive shaft. Rotate the wheel 1 revolution, while counting how many times the drive shaft turns. If the DS turns a little over 4 revs, it confirms a 4.10.

I used the front to check mine. Don’t even have to jack it up turn the shaft by hand and watch the hubs as they turn. Mine turned a little over 3.5 times (3.55s)
What RPM do you turn on the freeway with what size tires?
4.10:1 E4ODs should do about 2200-2300rpm in OD at 70mph area on stock size tires (which I consider around 31"), figure 300ish less with a 3.55:1. ZFs should do about 2500-2600rpm in OD at 70mph, mine does.

I’ve only driven this one about 5 miles since I bought it. It’s not road worthy yet, so I’m replacing the broken leaf spring shackle, transmission, and changing all the fluids before I get it on the road.
