2013 V10 Motorhome Engine Noise

Decided to replace the plugs today, as well as the suspect o2 sensor. Oddly, the only plug that seemed fouled was the cyl 4 one, all others looked ok. Nothing really changed, so I decided to replace the air filter and clean the MAF. Still no change.
Tests are showing misfires in cyl 4 and 6, so I would suspect bad coils if I hadn't swapped 3 and 4, with the misfire not moving to 3.
Here is my latest live stats report:

That sound is really worrying me, though. I pulled out my headphones and listened to it a couple times and I'm picking out two sounds. The first is what I'm used to hearing when an engine is down a cylinder and it is riding under the other other sound when you give the engine some revs. The second one is on top the whole time and is a tick or knock.
Get a mechanic's stethescope and pinpoint that ticking.
It's a 2013 - I've seen a few worrying reports from people about top-end valve-train problems with the V10 - most related to long-idle-time - like utility trucks.
