Sounds like you need to start a warranty claim.
The reason I ask about where you got them is because anyone can take an OEM injector and rebuild it (and even do a crappy job), and call it an OEM remanufactured injector. In fact it is an untruthful claim because the OEM supplier was/is Pure Power (a joint venture between Siemens and Navistar). Also, Pure Power is the ONLY company that remanufactured the original injectors for Ford OR International.
IMO any remanufactured, injector not sold by a Ford or International Dealership, is suspect - with VERY FEW exceptions. Injectors Direct could actually be one of those exceptions, but IMO caution with expensive parts like injectors is warranted,
Injectors Direct seems to have a good reputation, so there shouldn't be any issue with the return. Make sure they are remanufactured injectors and not refurbished.

BTW - I just was on their website and you can get remanufactured OEM injectors from Auto Nation White Bear Lake for about $10 cheaper than what InjectorsDirect are selling them (at least when buying them individually). $189 vs $199. No idea if shipping is better or worse.
Also, Accurate Diesel sells their new injectors from Pure Power for $20 less than what they do at InjectorsDirect (again, when bought individually).
Please keep us informed on how all this goes for you.

Thanks again bro, i just thought it strange that #7 on the old injectors failed and the new #7 injector failed. Wanted to make sure the ficm could not be the problem.
