There used to be reps from ford on here that could tell us the status of an order or get us the vin number when’s it becomes available so we can track it ourselves. Anyone still do that? How can I find out my vin number and production status?

Most of us had the VIN provided to us by our dealership and then used a few different links online to keep checking the status. It is a frustratingly slow process with updates coming far and few between, so have patience. Certain configurations seemed to move faster or slower than others so don't expect any real rhyme or reason to when yours gets moved along in the schedule.

You'll need your order number from the dealer, usually a 4-digit number that may have a letter in it, and that is also case sensitive. And the VIN like I mentioned earlier. That should at least give you a starting point.
