WHEN YOU GUYS CALLED VOPC DID YOU PULL THE VEHICLE BY THE ORDER OR THE VIN #. I KEPT SAYING MY VIN # THIS MORNING AND IT WOULD TELL ME THE WRONG NUMBER BACK. SO I CALLED BACK AND TRIED MY ORDER # AND THAT GOT MESSED UP TO. LET ME KNOW HOW YOU GUYS HAVE DONE IT.
I have tried the VIN number and it always got messed up, so I go with the order number and it's fine.
You need model year, dealer number (5 digit), body type, super crew is W14, and dealer order number and it works fine, just checked on mine this morning, also have to tell it it's a Ford Vehicle.
You have to speak a little slowly and very clearly. Easier with the order# vs. VIN#. Took me a couple of tries at first. You also have to wait for the fake voice to finish speaking before you say anything or it will not recognize your response.
Just checked mine last might and my truck is finally "locked in for production"
