Your VIN has a sequence letter plus a 5 digit sequence number. These are the last 6 alpha numeric digits in the VIN (IE. A00001). However, trucks are not necessarily built in the order that they are sequenced. This number is assigned when the order is accepted by FMC order computer and if there were a hold for some part/option your sequence number will not change but the truck could be built days/weeks/months after the truck with a sequence number one digit less than yours.
